Polish Heritage Mass …

On Sunday, October 16, 2011, the priests and faithful of our parishes attended the Polish Heritage Mass at Our Lady of Czestochowa on 25th Street in Brooklyn. The pastor is Rev. Canon Witold Mroziewski. This year’s intention was a thanksgiving Mass for the Beatification of Pope John Paul II. Fr. Mark Sobczak, Fr. Joseph Szpilski and Fr. John Urbaniak represented our parish. There were also individual parishioners, including Mr. Dariusz Knapik, Grand Marshal of the Pulaski Day Parade 2011, with his wife. Continue reading Polish Heritage Mass …

Petition

As the media are engaging in Holocaust revisionism by using phrases such as “Polish concentration camps” and “Polish death camps,” The Kosciuszko Foundation has posted this petition on it’s web site demanding that the media stop using these libelous phrases. News outlets that use these defamatory phrases are teaching a new generation of impressionable newspaper readers that the Holocaust was carried out by Poles rather than Nazi Germany.  Continue reading Petition
