Lenten program with Friar Paul

LentenRetreat2012en (10m)

Father PawelPaul” Bielecki, OFM Cap, a Capuchin Friar, is a missionary from Lebanon and will be leading our Lenten Retreat in English language this year. Fr. Paul was born in Poland and works among the poor of the Middle East. He is a priest, a paramedic, a teacher, a builder, and above all, a dedicated and selfless missionary. Thank you, Father Paul, for taking the time to bring us closer to Jesus and for making Easter and Jesus’ Resurrection more meaningful and relevant in our daily lives.

The students of St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Academy as well as our parishioners and guests attended the Mass as well as the interactive session that followed. Father Paul led the inspirational segment with thought-provoking questions, which stimulated reflection in all on how to grow our faith in Jesus through nurturing our prayers. Jesus wants us to speak to Him as a child does to a Father. Make your prayers a personal dialogue and your faith will grow in love for Jesus.

Father Paul will conclude our Retreat tomorrow (Tuesday) and all are welcome. Please come
