The 75th Pulaski Day Parade is being held this Sunday, October 7th, 2012, on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. St. Stanislaus Kostka parish has been participating in the Pulaski Parade since the beginning. We will proudly march this year also. Please join us – St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish, Krakowianki I Gorale, the St. Aloysious Young Catholic Men Club, St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Academy, Polish Supplementary School of Maria Konopnicka, St. Maksymilian Kolbe Pro-Life group, and other organization from Greenpoint – and march with us. Buses for those marching in the parade representing our parish will leave from McGuinness Blvd. and Driggs Avenue at 1:30pm. Our contingent will assemble at 3:00pm East 39th Street between 5th & Madison Avenues, Area 39A. Please join us as we honor our Polish heritage by marching in the Parade.
The Pulaski Day Parade is being held on Sunday October 2nd, 2011, on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. Our parishioner Dariusz Knapik is this year’s Grand Marshall of the Parade. Buses for marchers will leave at 12:30pm from the corner of Driggs Avenue and McGuinness Blvd. Our group will assemble in Manhattan at 1:00pm on East 37th Street between 5th and Madison Avenues. Please join us as we honor our Polish heritage by marching in the Parade.
In connection with the upcoming Pulaski Parade, we will be organizing a group of talented young musicians who will perform at the parade banquet. The banquet will be held in Manhattan on September 24 this year. The performance will be recorded by TV Polonia. W czwartek 18 listopada wieczorem, w sali parafialnej kościoła Św. Stanisława Biskupa i Męczennika na Manhattanie, odbyło się zebranie sprawozdawczo wyborcze Komitetu Parady Pułaskiego, która od 73 lat jest manifestacją polskości na Piątej Alei na Manhattanie. Wydarzeniem wieczoru było głosowanie członków na Wielkiego Marszałka 74-tej Parady Pułaskiego 2011. Na liście kandydatów były dwa nazwiska – Rita Cosby (Kossobudzka), znana dziennikarka telewizji CBS oraz nasz przedsiębiorca i parafianin pan Dariusz Knapik.
